Canceling a subscription

Subscriptions can be canceled from profile settings. Paid access generally remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Refund eligibility depends on timing, usage, applicable law, payment status, and whether digital services have already been substantially consumed.

Upgrades, downgrades, and billing changes may include immediate charges, prorations, or changes that begin with the next billing period.

Contact support with the account email, plan, transaction date, and invoice or payment reference. Never send full card details.
